I met new North Carolina resident Billy Askey for a run in Umstead early in the morning before work. It was super muggy, but otherwise fine. He scored a great pad right on Lake Crabtree, at the foot of miles and miles of dirt trails in Umstead, so I'm admittedly a little jealous.
