AM: 10+ miles easy/moderate
Ran on Beach Drive before driving to Calvert County to spend Easter with Valerie's parents and their family friends. I really had to pull back on my reins today. I'm feeling on the up-and-up and am looking forward to trying to do some damage at the 20k in Philly next week.
My plan is to back off the volume over the next two weeks in an attempt to nail PRs at Penn and Pike's Peek. I don't like to taper very much (I hate it, actually), so it won't be a crazy reduction in mileage, but rather the closest thing I'll have to a taper this spring. After that, I'll probably ramp the mileage back up again with a few days totally off in there somewhere, probably in May.
Also, Peter put together another solid video from Cherry Blossom for the team...so check it out:

Trust your fitness and all the work you've put in over the past months.
Run 60 miles this week and go in fresh and hammer it.
Then watch the "magic" happen.
