Easy pre-race run with an out-and-back on the Capital Crescent with the Rockville Twilighter tomorrow night. I worked from home today, so I got to sleep in a little bit. I feel fairly optimistic about my chances of a good performance there, given my race at Peachtree, and it looks like we'll have considerably better weather than last year, when it was 90+ degrees at the 9:00 PM start.
