PM: 5 miles easy
I met Liam at the golf course for a run through Duke Forest. We're getting ready to lose access to the trails during the week until December because of a "deer reduction program" also known as "hunting season." Sure enough, we saw some deer just waiting to be reduced, as well as the NC State XC teams running a workout.
In the afternoon, I took Valerie for a run to Durham Academy and the creek trail before class in the evening. At Duke we labor on Labor Day.
