Went up to Riley's Lock with Klim, Dylan, Nate and Steve Crane. Rainy and cold...37 degrees. Started off at a decent clip along the towpath, then went out to some country roads, before Klim and I picked it up for the last 25 minutes (and also added a cooldown). Hit 11:10 for the last two miles, which was OK through the mud, and because my running pants were so water-logged that they kept falling down. Whoops. Should've worn tights today. Klim dropped me pretty hard in the last two miles--bad for the ego, but ultimately probably good for my running.
