AM: 7 miles easy, strides
I'm flying out to Ohio this evening after work for U.S. Club XC Nationals. There's four inches of snow on the course right now. Interesting to see how this will go--I have no real expectations except that it's probably going to hurt like hell given that I'm still "coming back," and that it'll be really, really cold.

It's beginning to sound like quite an adventure--if there's enough snow perhaps I'll find a yeti?
