PM: 5 miles easy

Rock Creek Park in the morning, and Connecticut Ave after work.

I watched the town hall debate over dinner with Valerie, and it's a shame a lot of this will be forgotten because none of it deviated too much from anything that's already been said. The night had its interesting moments, however, including:

1.) When McCain pointed at Obama and referred to Obama as "that one." Too weird. He was both frustrated and frustrating at the same time.

2.) When I got an unprompted text message from Jake Klim rambling something hawkish about our foreign policy. I'm 99% sure we've never talked politics directly before.

3.) The various outlets that found their own ways to call the debate "boring" the next day.
