AM: 19 miles easy
In Calvert County, I ran from Valerie's family's house to Solomons Island, adding on a few miles on a side road. Valerie biked with me, making the time go by a lot faster than it would have otherwise. The weather was still pleasant in the 70s, unlike a similar run that we did last year, where I was staggering afterward from the heat.
I had planned on going a little more today, but the entire run was on asphalt, so I kept it conservative.
