Really slow toda up Peachtree Battle with two laps around the Westminster trails. My back feels like it was trampled by elephants after lifting yesterday; this should make trying to race tomorrow interesting.
My mom and I started cooking today for Thanksgiving. Who knew brussel sprouts grew like this? I always assumed they came from the ground, outer space, etc. I found this while grocery shopping. It looks like a medieval weapon, or as my 13 year-old brother said, "like a dildo." (Editors note: photo evidence suggests that the stalk looks nothing like a dildo, and that the aforementioned 13 year-old was probably just wanted to say "dildo.")

Me and the 13 y/o have a lot in common...
I think the green apparatus in the picture may qualify as a grotesquely beaded or studded "dildo". I'm just sayin'.
