AM: 13 miles easy
Ran over hills in Rock Creek Park in the mid-morning. Headed south on the trails, up and down Tilden, before coming back by Ross Drive and the south stables.
I hopped on a plane in the afternoon for a few days to visit my brother Eric, sister Diana, and their families for a few days in Orlando. I hadn't seen any of them in about a year, so we were long overdue.
