PM: 8 miles easy
Rock Creek Park in the morning. Still feeling a little stiff.
I met P. Murphy for a run after work through the Chevy Chase neighborhoods before Obama's speech before Congress. I am obviously feeling pretty exhausted right now, noted both during the run and because I fell asleep during the speech, which I was definitely looking forward to all week.
It felt like an afternoon class in college when the professor dimmed the lights during a class I genuinely wanted to listen to. Eyes...can't...stay...open...

That video was cute...wait, am I allowed to say that?
Also, I too fell asleep during the speech. I've been exhausted lately too.
You guys fell asleep cause you didn't go out for Hurricanes and gumbo, and other things Mardi Gras related!
