PM: 4 miles easy
I stayed with VH in Alexandria last night and for the day today. I got in a run on the Mt. Vernon trail through Old Town to the Wilson Bridge and back, but felt pretty knackered the entire time. I had to take it really easy.
Later in the afternoon, I went out with Valerie through some Alexandria neighborhoods, feeling a little better. Thanksgiving tomorrow!
